Welcome to our dockside Sanibel Island home! Located less than 200 steps from the beach. Our home is stylishy decorated and spacious enough for a family of six. Both BRs have gorgeous views of the canal as well as a flat-screen TV. The master BR has a king bed and the second bedrooms has two twins. The full-size kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals. The enclosed lanai conveniently opens up to allow the gentle evening island breeze in. you'll find a queen size sofa sleeper in the LR as well as a large flat-screen TV including DVD. The lavishly landscaped backyard is at the intersection of two deep-water canals and includes free boat dockage, picnic tables , a BBQ grill and more. Also provided: Wireless internet, cable, in-unit washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella.
