This tranquil and airy second-story (no elevator) condo has an open, sunny living room/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, with a bistro table and chairs on the front balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The cosy bedroom overlooks the canal, where you'll see dolphins, manatees, and wild birds. It's perfect for fishing, kayaking or boating--dockage is available. And it's just a short walk across the road to the swimming pool, laundry, and boardwalk to the beach. There is one assigned parking space (sorry, no RVs, campers, or camper vans allowed). Internet and satellite TV are provided. The minimum age to rent is 25.
