This condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining nook. BBQ grills, picnic tables and patio bistro set are also available if you prefer to cook and dine outdoors. You will be fully entertained and connected (if you choose) with our high-speed internet, a 50-inch flat screen TV that is fully equipped with cable and a Blu-Ray DVD player. In the evenings, you can retreat to the master bedroom in a comfortable king size bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen size sleeper in the living room, a full-size shower with a bench and washer/dryer. We also supply beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels.

Relax and enjoy your island vacation in this one-bedroom, first-floor condo. Our beachside, pool-front paradise was renovated in July 2018, and is just a few short steps to Sanibel's world-famous shelling beach. While there, look for the illusive Junonia shell, take a stroll and watch the dolphins frolic just yards away, and enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset views. In between beach visits, you can take dip in the heated pool or fish off the intercostal on-property pier. The property also offers boat dockage.
