Terms and Conditions
OFFICE: The office is located next to the pool area, and is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The office phone number is (239) 472-2259.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: 50% of the rent charge is due at time of booking. Payments can be made by: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Expres. Check payments should be mailed directly to: Sanibel Arms Condominium, 805 East Gulf Drive, Sanibel, FL 33957
CANCELLATION POLICIES: A minimum sixty (60) day cancellation notice must be given to receive a refund of payment. If a notice of cancellation is given less than sixty (60) days from arrival, reservation payment will be refunded only if the reservation can be rebooked for the same time period and rental rate.
CHECK-IN: After 4:00 p.m. / CHECK-OUT: 10:00 a.m.
LATE CHECK-IN: If you are arriving after office hours, we will place your keys in the locked Key Box. The Key Box is located next to the office door.
PARKING: Please park in the space assigned to your unit. Campers may only be parked unoccupied for up to 18 hours, and then they must be removed. Boats and trailers are permitted up to 18 hours in the parking area, space permitting, after which time the trailers must be moved. Please contact The Bait Box at 239-472-1618 and make arrangements to store your boat trailer. Please keep bikes in bike racks. No washing of cars or boats is permitted.
WELCOME PACK: Each unit is provided with a starter pack, which includes one roll each of paper products, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish detergent, and dishwasher detergent. There are two grocery stores on the island where you may purchase additional supplies.
CHECK-OUT CLEANING: The units are cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. Upon departure, please load and start the dishwasher, place all towels in bathroom, take trash out to trash room for your buildings, close all windows and sliders and set A/C to 78°. Please lock the door when you leave and drop the keys at the office or in the key box. In the event the unit requires excessive cleaning and/or repair, you will be charged.
SMOKING: Sanibel Arms is a smoke-free facility, including porches and grounds.
QUIET TIME: Please keep all noise levels down, from 10pm to 8am.
CLUBHOUSE: The clubhouse is the area where you will find brochures for restaurants and attractions on the Island and surrounding area. The clubhouse is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a kitchen area and small library. Please use the pool entrance to access the clubhouse.
INTERNET/Wi-Fi: Some units have Wi-Fi, but there is wireless Internet service available in the clubhouse/pool area.
POOL: Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. Please observe the rules posted at the pool. No diapers, food, drinks or glass are permitted in the pool area.
BEACH EQUIPMENT: Beach Towels are provided in each unit, along with beach chairs and an umbrella. Please return all beach equipment to the unit.
Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
- Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Sanibel Arms Condominium harmless from and indemnify Sanibel Arms Condominium against the same.
