Welcome to Sanibell Arms. B1 has been recently updated. There is a ship lap wall, cypress ceiling on the lanai and white tongue and groove wood plank ceiling in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. We hope you will feel at home after a day at the beach. The canal where you may dock your boat, for no extra charge, is right behind the condo. You can also fish from the canal. There is a king-size bed and flat screen TV, and the living room has a queen sleep sofa & flat screen TV. Also, you can enjoy the glass/screened lanai. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. Beach chairs and an umbrella are waiting for you to enjoy endless sun, shelling, etc. in the Gulf of Mexico.
